Our one-week, email-based, clean-eating "ReNew" program was so popular that we have decided to offer it again before Summer begins. With a busy Spring in mind, April and May are always good times to do a bit of an eating reset.
We sought out delicious (albeit easy) recipes featuring seasonal ingredients that will provide you with balanced, healthful meals while replenishing your energy for the warmer weather ahead.
We provide you with a 7-day meal plan, shopping list, and detailed recipes, as well as daily inspirational emails. We tell you what to buy, how to prepare it, and give you pointers along the way. We've curated a week's worth of delicious and nutritious meals and snacks to make it as easy as possible for you. You also have the opportunity to receive daily feedback and have any questions answered.
The plan is 100% gluten and dairy-free, and can be individualized as needed.
Why ReNew?
The clean eating program idea was born from the popularity of “The Diet” that was featured in Harper’s Bazaar. We received many phone calls and emails singing the praises of the meal plan—people felt amazing following this diet, and requested more meal plans.
A meal plan is great, but if you don’t follow it, what good does it do? Our clients like increased accountability, and find success with consistent communication, feedback, and encouragement. Our first ReNews received great reviews from participants and kept them asking for more!

Q: Can I workout?
A: Yes, of course! Keep to your normal routine. We are dietitians, not exercise physiologists, but sweating definitely can help you to “replenish”, “reset”, and yes, it can accelerate weight loss in the appropriate amounts.
Q: What about alcohol?
A: Ideally you can skip the booze for one week, but we realize it’s not always realistic. If you must imbibe, keep to vodka soda, tequila soda, or wine—and limit to maximum 4 drinks per week.
Q: And coffee?
A: It has antioxidants, right? Your cup of joe is cool to stay, but keep it to one tall or grande (12-16 oz). No added sugar, artificial sugars, or dairy!
Q: What if I’m a vegetarian or have a food allergy?
A: We have a vegetarian meal plan if that’s what floats your boat, or if you want to take a break from traditional proteins for a week. The RePlenish is gluten-free and dairy-free, but definitely give us a heads up if you have an allergy.
Q: I’m picky….what if I don’t like something.
A: If you don’t like something, speak up! Reach out to us via email, and we can send a suggestion for a swap.
Q: A lunch meeting and client dinner came up, what do I do?
A: We've got you covered. Shoot us an email and we will help you navigate the menu, and keep you on track.
Q: I’m not a cook, and I eat out for every meal. What can I do?
A: You may not be able to cook, but perhaps you can “assemble” These recipes are relatively simple, but always reach out if you have a question.
